Description
a brief description of the project:
it's an ongoing photo study of accidental deaths... but not in a grotesque way... i like to maintain an air of mystery to each of these pictures... (my photo teacher hated that... but... i like the viewer to make up what happened.)
end description

things about this picture:
1. this is in the house upstairs from my old apartment (i lived in a grandfather'd apartment on a ranch style house) and this girl lived there at the time.
2. this is film... medium format... 100Tmax on a Rolleiflex twin-lense camera.
3. this was done with studio lighting.
4. framing was done digitally.
5. i made the girl stay this way for about an hour while i shot... she could barely move her neck after that time. i layed down on the steps first to show her what i wanted... and it was definetly NOT comfortable.
6. i was unhappy with the square crop that i'd used for the original version of this picture, so this is a 16x20 inch print version ... despite the rollei shooting a square crop.
7. like chapter2-revisited this one is also framed by a liquid emulsion canvas framing from another project.
